Tasting
It presents a topaz color with hints of old gold. The complex aroma highlights the notes of wood and vanilla, a result of its extended aging in oak barrels. More discreetly, hints of coffee liqueur emerge. On the palate, it reveals itself as intense, smooth, with a very long aftertaste.
Pairing
Serve in a brandy snifter at room temperature, never exceeding 20ºC. Traditionally served as a digestive, it serves as a perfect complement to coffee enjoyed post-meal.
