Tasting
A deep, intense ruby colour with violet hues. The aroma is expressive and concentrated, characterised by notes of ripe fruit and floral aromas. On the palate, it has a well-defined structure, great body and balance, with firm tannins. The finish is long and persistent, characterised by fruit and tannic structure.
Pairing
Perfect for enjoying on its own, or with strong cheeses, wild berry desserts or chocolate.
