Tasting
Despite its age, this Vintage remains fresh on both the nose and palate. It features enveloping aromas of dried fruits (walnuts and raisins), with a balsamic touch, slightly resinous, reminiscent of pine. Balanced sweetness is counterbalanced by firm tannins, leading to a long and persistent finish.
Pairing
An exceptional wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with various styles of cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, or coffee.
